Refund Policy for Bernhard Academy

We understand that there may be circumstances where customers need to withdraw from a course or program. This refunds policy outlines the procedures and guidelines for customers seeking returns or refunds of fees.

– The individual must have officially withdrawn from the course or program (see Section 4).

– Any outstanding fees or charges must be settled before a refund is processed.

3. Refund Timeframes

– Requests for refunds must be submitted within 14-days from the start of the Leadership/management course.

– For short courses or workshops: Requests for refunds must be submitted at least 14 days before the course start date.

4. Official Withdrawal Process

Individuals seeking a refund must follow the official cancellation process.

5. Exceptions

Exceptions to the refund policy may be considered in the following cases:

– Documented medical emergencies that prevent an individual from attending the course.

– Documented personal emergencies or extenuating circumstances that hinder an individual’s ability to attend the course.

– Instances where the educational institution cancels a course or program.

Requests for exceptions should be submitted in writing to the Bernhard Academy Administrative Office and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

6. Refund Process

Once a request for a refund is approved, the refund process will be initiated. Refunds will typically be processed within 30 days from the date of approval. The refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the original payment of fees.
