Cancellation Policy

Course/Workshop Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Participant:

1. If you need to cancel your registration for the workshop/course, please notify us at least 14 days before the scheduled start date to receive a full refund.

2. Cancellations made within less than 14 days of the workshop/course start date may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

3. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made 7 days prior, on or after the workshop/course start date.

Substitution Policy:

1. If you are unable to attend the workshop/course, you may request to send a substitute participant in your place at no additional cost. Please notify us in advance with the substitute’s details.

Cancellation by organiser:

1. In the unlikely event that we need to cancel the workshop/course due to unforeseen circumstances or low enrolment, we will notify you as soon as possible.

2. We will provide a full refund of the registration fee if the workshop/course is cancelled by us.

Payment of Refunds:

1. Refunds will be processed within 30 business days after approval.

2. Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment used for the original registration.

No-show Policy:

1. If you do not attend the workshop/course and do not provide prior notice, no refund will be issued.
