This course is all about what makes people tick and how that affects the way we work together. Everyone’s got their own mix of personality, experiences, and ways of expressing themselves. We’ll look at how those differences shape relationships and teamwork, and how we can develop more meaningful and constructive ways of communicating with each other.

Learning outcomes

  • Understand the basics of the ‘DiSC’ model to enhance self-awareness.
  • Adapt communication styles, based on personalities to foster better collaboration.
  • Embrace different personality types to create an inclusive and supportive culture in the workplace.
  • Apply DISC principles to build stronger workplace relationships and team cohesion.
